Farm or Business Name * Please enter the name of your farm or business as you want it to appear on NF Grows!. This name will be included in your public Vendor Profile and used for all communications with you by NF Grows!
Name of Contact Person * Please enter the name of the Contact Person for your farm or business. This name will not appear in your public Vendor Profile unless your answer to the next question instructs us otherwise.
Include in public Profile? Do you want Contact Person Name to be included in your public Vendor Profile?
Contact Email Address * This one is really important! Please enter the email address at which you can be contacted by NF Grows!. Orders for or inquiries about your products will be sent to you at the email address you enter here. This email address will not appear in your public Vendor Profile unless it is the same as your Public Email Address (below).
Contact Mailing Address * Please enter the mailing address of your farm or business. This address will not appear in your public Vendor Profile unless it is the same as your Public Mailing Address (below).
Contact Telephone * Please enter the telephone number at which NF Grows! can contact you. This number will not appear in your public Vendor Profile unless it is the same as your Public Telephone number (below).
Website URL (Optional) Please enter the URL for your farm or business website, if you have one. For example: www.mywebsite.com This will appear in your public Vendor Profile.
Public Email Address (Optional) Please enter an email address at which you can be reached by the public. This will appear in your public Vendor Profile.
Public Mailing Address (Optional) Please enter mailing address at which the public can reach you. This address will be included in your public Vendor Profile.
Public Telephone (Optional) Please enter a phone number at which you can be reached by the public. This number will be included in your NF Grows! profile.
Address of Principal Business/Sales Location (Optional but recommended) Please enter the address of your principal business/sales location if different from your mailing address. This will appear in your public Vendor Profile.
List Seasons of Operation and Business Hours at Principal Sales Location (Optional but recommended) For example: Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter, Year-round, or List by Month. Be sure to include days and hours that you are open to the public. This will appear in your public Vendor Profile.
List Additional Sales Location(s) (Optional) Please list additional sales locations with days & hours of operation. For example: Downtown Farmers Market, April thru July, Wednesdays, 4-7pm. This will appear in your public Vendor Profile.
Describe Your Farm or Business (Optional but recommended) Please provide a glowing description of your farm or business. This can be of any reasonable length and will be included in your public Vendor Profile.
List Your Crops or Products * Please provide a list of the crops and/or products that you wish to promote and/or sell at NF Grows! This will appear in your public Vendor Profile.
List Activities/Special Events (Optional) Please list any activities and special events (e.g., seasonal festivals, workshops, bus tours, etc.) that take place at your principal (or other) location. This will appear in your public Vendor Profile.
Upload a Photo of your Farm or Business (Optional) Upload a Photo of Your Farm, Business, Crops, or Products. Photo will be included in your Vendor Profile. Acceptable File Types: jpg, gif. Max. File Size: 1 Mb. Optimum photo size: 600 pixels x 400 pixels
Comments and Special Instructions Please enter any additional comments or special instructions regarding your NF Grows! Vendor Profile.
